We use a 6 step plan for each placement.
1. Your needs
We would like to discuss with you your needs, which role and at which location, when and for how long you need extra capacity. Based on this, we make an appropriate proposal.
2. Search and select
We select one or more specialists for the relevant location(s).
3. Introducing the candidate at location
We introduce the candidate at the location under the guidance of one of our supervisors. During this introduction, our candidates become acquainted with the branch and employees. After this introduction they will start immediately.
To achieve maximum productivity, it is essential that you ensure proper planning, routing and have a workplace ready before our employee(s) starts.
5. Adequate guidance
During the period that our candidate(s) are “hands-on”, we have regular contact with them and you. In addition, we will also regularly visit.
6. Evaluation and invoicing
Once the project has been completed, we will contact you in order to discuss potential next steps. The focus here lies on your experiences with this project, the candidates and our services. We also carry out an evaluation at each location once the project has ended. We will provide you with a comprehensive rapport. In advance, we discuss with each other at what point you can expect an invoice. No surprises afterwards and peace of mind.
